General Description: The Kids Club Program Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the Kids Club program, ensuring a safe, high quality, and financially sustainable program that supports students, families, and staff across PLCS. The Director focuses on systems, people, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with Kids Club Program Managers, Foundation leadership, and district partners.
