Help Build Kaiden's Legacy

Kaiden's life was far too short, but his impact doesn't have to be. By helping establish this endowed scholarship, you are helping create an opportunity for another young person while carrying forward a piece of Kaiden's legacy. Our hope is that his name will continue to be associated with opportunity, athletics, perseverance and giving back for generations to come.

ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP
Kaiden Walsh was a beloved son, brother, friend and member of the Papillion La Vista South High School community. He was passionate about athletics, especially powerlifting and track. The Kaiden Walsh Memorial Scholarship was created to honor his memory and support a Papillion La Vista South student who shares his love of athletics.

OUR $25,000 ENDOWMENT GOAL
Our goal is to raise $25,000 to establish the Kaiden Walsh Memorial Scholarship as a permanent endowed fund through the PLCS Foundation. The principal remains invested, while an annual distribution helps fund the scholarship. The Foundation also contributes $500 to the scholarship. The annual scholarship amount depends on the amount in the endowment and annual earnings/distribution, with a general goal of at least $1,500 each year. As the endowment grows, the potential scholarship amount can grow as well.

WHO WILL RECEIVE THE SCHOLARSHIP?
The scholarship will be awarded annually to a Papillion La Vista South High School senior who has participated in powerlifting or track and meets the Foundation's established scholarship criteria.
