Beau Malnack
Operations Manager
In this newly created role, Beau provides HR oversight, leads IT and systems management, reviews and strengthens organizational processes, and supports key initiatives across both the Foundation’s Development and Kids Club programs. The position was created to further support the Foundation’s growing team and ensure operational sustainability as its impact across Papillion La Vista Community Schools continues to expand.
Beau brings extensive experience in financial, HR, and operational leadership. He previously served for 15 years as Business Manager for the University of Nebraska Omaha Library and has also held operations roles at Werner Enterprises and Shoreline Golf Course. His professional background positions him well to help strengthen the Foundation’s internal systems and support its continued growth.
