Tax Statement Information
2025 tax statement information will be available January 2026
- Parents will have the Tax Statements for payments made in 2025, via Procare, emailed to themselves via the parent-portal on the website or the app.
- On the website, sign into the parent portal in Procare. Click on payments, then look on the right hand side and there is a link that says "tax statements" in blue, click on that, select 2025 and click "send email".
- On the app, click the 3 line menu in the upper left corner. Then click "View Transactions". Under the gray box, there is a link that says "tax statements" in blue, click on that, select 2025 and click "send email".
- Copies will not be emailed or mailed from the Foundation Office.
- Each parent or guardian is responsible for getting on the website and printing out their own tax form information in Procare.
- If you attended another location throughout the year, for example a different summer location, you will need to switch schools within Procare and email yourself the tax form from that school also.
