Support Staff - School Year

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Part Time Position, with a minimum of 10-15 hours per week
  • Before School Shift: 6:15AM - 8:00AM
  • After School Shift: 2:30PM - 6:00PM
  • Starting Pay: $15.00/hr
  • Early Release to work PM shift 
  • Start times may vary
  • Placement at Kids Club Site will be based upon need
  • Support Staff is responsible for working directly with the children, staff, and families at their designated site

Assistant Site Director

  • Must be available for both before and after school shifts and Out of School Day shifts
  • Starting Pay: $17.00/hr
  • Must be 18 years of age or older 
  • Must have 1500 hours working with children, this could include but not limited to: babysitting, nannying, coaching, childcare facility
  • Paid benefits: health and dental insurance

  • Placement at Kids Club Site will be based upon need 

Administrative Coordinator 

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for our 17 Kids Club locations.

This position will coordinate a variety of administrative processes to support an effective and efficient operation, including - purchasing and budget tracking, food and supply ordering, weekly documentation, data management, and staffing support.

    KEY DUTIES:

    • Assist with Kids Club ordering and purchasing
    • Maintain weekly paperwork, records, data, and documentation
    • Be the point of contact for Kids Club vendors - food, transportation, and field trips
    • Prepare, distribute, and place food orders
    • Assist with operational coordination related to menus, field trips, vendor contracts, and transportation
    • Assist with Kids Club enrollment and registration process
    • Assist with staffing coverage

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A minimum of at least three years of experience working with or around children in a school, childcare, youth program, or similar setting is preferred.
    • A minimum of two years of experience working in an administrative role is preferred.
    • Demonstrate ability to maintain a high level of integrity, privacy, and confidentiality.

    • High school or equivalent (Required)

    Experience:

    • Administrative: 2 years (Preferred)
